Terms of Service
Effective date: October 15, 2026
These terms govern your use of FSTR (Android package app.fstr.coach), operated by Diego Castañeda Kirste, an individual developer in Guatemala. By using FSTR you agree to them.
1. The service
FSTR provides run + strength training plans and training-load, readiness and race-forecast estimates based on data you provide or authorize from connected services.
2. Not medical advice
FSTR is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Consult a physician before starting any training program. Train at your own risk and stop if you feel pain or discomfort.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 where local law requires) to use FSTR.
4. Your account and connected services
You are responsible for your account. Connections to third-party services (Garmin, Apple Health, Health Connect, etc.) are subject to those services' terms; you may disconnect them at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
FSTR is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries, damages or losses arising from use of the service or reliance on its estimates.
8. Termination
You may stop using FSTR and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Guatemala.
